The company CBC d.o.o. is the publisher and owner of the website eurohop.com. As an intermediary, CBC d.o.o. arranges and facilitates the rental of vehicles (buses, minibuses, vans, etc., hereinafter referred to as vehicles) of the Carrier in free/occasional carriage of passengers via the eurohop.com website to domestic and foreign legal and natural persons (hereinafter: Users) in the Republic of Croatia and abroad.
Vehicle rental is done in the name and at the expense of Carriers, in such a way that the User selects the Carrier's vehicle through the search engine on eurohop.com according to the parameters entered by the Carrier, after which they will receive a calculation of the rental price of the selected vehicle via eurohop.com.
The vehicle search in the system is performed according to the point of departure entered by the user, and the system displays the Carriers positioned (headquarters, stationary location) at the point of departure. The point of departure is considered the starting point of a vehicle's movement, and if there is no Carrier stationed at the point of departure for a particular location, eurohop.com provides the results of the closest carriers to the requested location. In this case, the Carrier’s delivery mileage is calculated.
The above calculation includes the net price of vehicle rental, according to the time commitment or the mileage traveled.
The price lists are classified in the following (broad) categories:
Short-term rental; from 1 to 4 hours of vehicle occupancy, permitted mileage from 40 to 100 km
Half-day rental; from 4 to 8 hours of vehicle occupancy, permitted mileage from 100 to 200 km
Full-day rental; up to 8 to 12 hours of vehicle occupancy, permitted mileage from 200 to 300 km
Price per kilometer; calculated according to the mileage traveled.
Carriers themselves create the parameters of the price categories and the rental prices of their vehicles, time commitments for individual categories, and permitted mileage for individual categories. Eurohop.com only communicates the current price lists of bus carriers and has no influence on their formation.
The calculation of the net rental price of an individual vehicle includes fuel costs, driver costs, and depreciation costs of a vehicle.
After the selection of a vehicle by the User, eurohop.com will calculate additional costs for each transport on behalf of the Carrier. Within 24 hours from the initial receipt of a user request, Eurohop.com will issue an official offer with the total price of the service and the valuation, which is considered the last option for confirmation of the requested service.
The overall price of the service or the gross price is considered the calculation of the vehicle rental price according to the parameters provided by the User to eurohop.com for a particular service. The more detailed the User, the more accurate the calculation of the service price.
The gross price of the rental depends on the route on which the individual transport will take place, and may include the following costs:
toll facilities (bridges, tunnels, ferries, motorways)
the service of using additional drivers, in accordance with Croatian and EU legislation on the working hours of mobile workers.
After the issuance of the official offer by the Carrier, the User pays a reservation deposit that will be indicated on the official offer. The reservation deposit enables the user to reserve a vehicle until the expiration of the valuation period or the confirmation option issued by the carrier. If the user pays the remaining amount (the amount minus the reservation deposit) by the expiration period of the valuation (confirmation option), the vehicle reservation is confirmed, and eurohop.com issues the necessary documentation to the User. In the event that the User does not pay the remaining amount by the end of the valuation period (confirmation option), it will be implied that they have waived the requested vehicle, and they will be refunded the reservation deposit reduced by the bank or card transaction processing costs.
The documentation contains the Service Confirmation (voucher) and the Agreement on Occasional Carriage.
The Confirmation is issued in the name of the User or in the name specified by the User, after the User has reserved the vehicle, and is proof of the reservation of a specific vehicle or service. In addition to the User's name or the name provided by the User, the Confirmation must contain: the designation or number, type and model of a vehicle or service, the date when the user starts and ends the service, the departure address, routes, vehicle capacity, the name of the group coordinator and their contact phone number, technical vehicle data, cost specification, and other data provided by the User when reserving the vehicle.
The confirmation must be certified by the signatures of the User, i.e. the group coordinator, and the Carrier, i.e. the driver, on the day of vehicle pick-up and as such represents the itinerary accepted by both parties.
In the event of deviations from the specified itinerary, the User and the Carrier undertake to mutually carry out the corrections of the specified service.
The Agreement on the occasional carriage of passengers is a legal document conditioned by the Croatian and EU legislation that contains the basic parameters of the service (rental period, price).
The Carrier shall issue an invoice to the User immediately upon completion of the service.
The Carrier can no longer refuse to accept the transport from the moment it has confirmed the booking of the vehicle reserved by the User.
The Carrier is obliged to carry out the transport according to the Road Transport Agreement, according to the User's specifications received and according to the received instructions, with the attention of a good businessperson, i.e. the host, taking care of and guided by the User's interests.
If the User's specification is unclear or incomplete, the Carrier shall ask the User for further clarification and warn them of the deficiencies in their order, especially if it involves costs that would not normally have to be met, if it involves damage and danger to passengers, and if legal regulations related to the time occupation of staff and resources were to be infringed in this way.
If the User maintains their order even after the Carrier's warning, the Carrier is obliged to act on it as long as it does not endanger the safety of passengers, does not violate legal regulations, and does not cause material or non-material damage to the Carrier.
The Carrier is obliged to inform the User about all facts and events relevant to the execution of the transport.
In the event that the Carrier is unable to carry out the transport, in whole or in part, due to the occurrence of circumstances for which it isi responsible, the Carrier shall reimburse the User for the full price of vehicle reservation.
The Carrier will carry out the transport personally and with its own funds.
The Carrier can entrust the execution of the transport to other entities only if forced to do so by force majeure and circumstances such as a traffic accident or unforeseeable vehicle breakdown, in which case the Carrier shall provide documentation on the same and request the User's consent. In this case, the Carrier will be responsible for the selection of a subcontractor, the fulfillment of their obligations, and for the instructions given to them, where it shall, jointly and severally with the subcontractor, be liable for the fulfillment of the obligation to the User.
CBC d.o.o. is not the owner, nor is it in possession of the Carriers’ vehicles that it offers for rent through eurohop.com, and is therefore not liable for potential material and legal defects of the vehicle or transport or for any other problems and defects that may arise when using the vehicle or carrying out the transport.
All costs, claims, responsibilities and damages, potential problems related to vehicle rental, vehicle defects and transportation services that CBC d.o.o. offers through the website eurohop.com are under the sole responsibility of the Carrier.
By registering or creating a user account on the eurohop.com website, it is implied that the user has read and fully understood these Terms of Use and agrees to them.
The company CBC d.o.o. recognizes the need for IT security and the implementation of the latest encrypted methods of communication. Third parties are not permitted to use your personal data except for the purpose of providing services to CBC and performing their tasks and they are obliged to maintain the confidentiality of the information.
CBC d.o.o. may contact you from time to time on behalf of external business partners regarding a specific offer that may be of interest to you.
CBC d.o.o. will not sell or rent its user lists to third parties unless given your permission to do so.
Personal data retention period
CBC d.o.o. keeps the data for as long as it is necessary for the respective processing purposes (e.g. performance of the contract, marketing) and in order to fulfill the national rules of data retention laid down in the Company and Tax Act.
CBC d.o.o. protects your personal data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. When personal data is transmitted through the website, it is protected by encryption such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL).

Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the departure will receive a full refund of the agreed amount, without any cancellation fees. Cancellations made within 2-7 days will incur a 50% fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours before departure will incur a 100% fee.
